About Erik:
With over 28 years of design-build experience, Erik Esparza is a seasoned Professional Civil Engineer currently serving as ESCD Design Manager on the Tropicana Project in Las Vegas, NV. Prior to this role, they led design management efforts for Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers across the Western U.S. and Canada, supporting a wide range of delivery methods including DB, Progressive DB, CMGC, and P3. Known for a strong blend of design and construction management expertise, Erik Esparza has successfully delivered complex civil infrastructure projects—from bridges and wastewater treatment plants to stormwater systems and highways—while ensuring code compliance, quality control, and profitability. His reputation as a strategic problem solver and effective owner’s representative has made him a trusted leader in federal, state, and local programs across North America.

About Bryan:
Bryan Snider has spent his entire 11-year career with the Nevada Department of Transportation with the last 2 being spent as the Resident Engineer on the Tropicana Design/Build Project in Las Vegas, NV. Prior to this role he oversaw the construction of the Department’s most recent CMAR project on I-11 and Charleston and was a member of the construction oversight team on Project Neon in the Las Vegas Spaghetti Bowl. He has performed many roles for the Department, working his way up from a member of the survey crew, to a lab technician, then to a field inspector before achieving licensure as a Professional Civil Engineer and managing an NDOT field crew.
