About Ricardo:
Ricardo Vallejos is a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a degree in Engineering. He began his career in the water and wastewater industry with HDR Engineering and AtkinsRéalis in Las Vegas, where he developed expertise in the planning and design of municipal pipeline and facility infrastructure.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has focused on delivering practical, innovative solutions for complex water and wastewater systems. His technical background in municipal infrastructure design, combined with a collaborative approach to project delivery, has allowed him to contribute to critical infrastructure projects that support growing communities.
What Ricardo enjoys most about his work is the opportunity to solve challenging problems alongside talented teams. He believes the best solutions are developed through collaboration, and he takes pride in helping teams navigate technical challenges while delivering lasting value to their clients and communities.
About Isaac:
Isaac Guzman is a Civil Engineer with the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA), in Las Vegas Nevada. Isaac received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. For the first 12 years of his career, Isaac worked primarily as an engineer for Slater Hanifan Group and Westwood Professional Services with a focus on land development. He also gained experience working for Richmond American Homes Land Acquistion before returning to civil engineering. In 2024, Isaac began his career with SNWA as a Civil Engineer with the responsibility to manage programs from consultant design through construction including traditional Bid-Build and collaborative delivery methods.
