About Heidi:

Tim Avery brings over 35 years of experience in the geotechnical industry and holds both a B.S. (1984) and M.S. (1986) in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona College of Mines. Their career includes technical sales and business development roles with Hayward Baker, Nicholson Construction, The Robbins Company, and Master Builders Technologies, and they are the author of more than 20 technical papers and articles.
