About Jacob:

Jacob Snow brings 26 years of public-sector experience from Clark County, Nevada; the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada; and the City of Henderson, Nevada. Throughout his career, he evaluated statements of qualifications (SOQs), served on interview panels selecting contractors, and structured and oversaw procurements for planning, architecture, engineering, construction, and construction management contracts. For the past 12 years, Jacob has leveraged that experience to help private-sector firms compete more effectively for public works opportunities. He currently works for GCW Engineers & Surveyors.
