About David:
David Swallow serves as Deputy CEO for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada where he oversees transportation planning, engineering, and roadway funding, design and construction of public transit systems and facilities, operation of the public bike share system, and traffic management for the region’s arterial and freeway systems. He is a licensed professional engineer and earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2025, he was named Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering Alumnus of the Year.
