About Heidi:

Heidi Dexheimer serves as the Deputy Director of Engineering and Operations for the Department of Utility Services at the City of Henderson, where she brings over 30 years of experience in the water industry across both public and private sectors. A licensed Professional Engineer and Water Rights Surveyor, Heidi has led comprehensive efforts in water and wastewater facility planning, design, and operations throughout her career.

In her current role, Heidi oversees engineering and operations for the City’s potable water, reclaimed water, and wastewater systems, serving more than 115,000 customer

accounts and a population of 360,000 residents. The City of Henderson has been recognized nationally for its commitment to excellence, recently being named one of

only five national recipients of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award—the nation’s highest honor for performance excellence—and a 21-year recipient of the NACWA Peak Performance Award.
